Ingredients

  • 1 English muffin
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free marinara sauce
  • 4 tablespoons shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons diced capsicum
  • 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
  • 1 tablespoon sliced basil leaves
     

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C.
  2. Place English muffin, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread marinara sauce to edges; sprinkle with cheese, red bell pepper, and olives.
  4. Bake until cheese melts and bread is toasted, 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with basil.
