The mother and daughter fight that police had to break up

Just another night in New York with the Lohans! On Wednesday morning, TMZ reported that the cops were called to Dina Lohan's house on Long Island because of a domestic violence report -- only it was due to an alleged fight between Dina and Lindsay!

A 911 call came in at around 6:11 a.m., after the Lohans arrived at Dina's Long Island home and a fight between the mother/daughter duo became physical. TMZ reports that Lindsay was being held against her will by Dina, who was reportedly "wasted" and had scratched her daughter's leg during their scuffle.

Problems apparently began after Lindsay and Dina left the Electric Room nightclub at the Dream Downtown at around 4 a.m. TMZ was told that Lindsay wanted to take their limo to her hotel, while Dina wanted to take it to her Long Island home "to avoid paying for a taxi." Dina obviously won this argument, but the two fought during the ride home, which resulted in police being called.

There were no arrests made, but cops on the scene did take a Domestic Incident Report.
