She’s just topped Vanity Fair’s “Best Dressed” list – but anyone who got a glimpse at a bikini-clad Kate Middleton in those leaked Seychelles honeymoon pics will know her flawless look is down to more than just decent styling!
But, just how does the dazzling Duchess keep her perfect bod fit for the throne?
Well, much like her penchant for timeless and classic fashion choices, it seems Kate is a fan of all things traditional when it comes to her diet too.
According to the September issue of Vanity Fair, Prince William’s missus loves nothing more than a good old Sunday roast!
“Will and Kate are foodies, and tuck in regularly to homemade roast chicken,” claims the magazine.
And much like her decision to dress herself, rather than employ a celebrity stylist, the 30-year-old reportedly carries out all kitchen duties herself.
“They also own a sausage-maker,” says Vanity Fair. “Kate puts away jars of homemade strawberry jam and plum preserves to dole out as gifts.”
And while the brunette may enjoy the odd splurge on an Alexander McQueen dress or two, she appears to snub the use of any fancy power plate machines to keep in shape.
According to Vanity Fair, Kate sticks to a basic exercise routine of deerstalking, swimming and a spot of tennis.
And while her health regime may seem simple – it’s clearly working.
In a new global survey by Hotels.com, the British beauty beat her sister Pippa, popstar Rihanna AND super curvy Kim Kardashian for “Best Beach Body.”
