There's no doubt that Sonia Kruger looks amazing for her age, but the question we're all wondering is: is it sensible to think it's easy or even possible to have children after the age of 45?
Gynaecologist Andrew Zuschmann, spokesperson for the Australian Medical Association says “From about 45 onwards a woman’s chances of falling pregnant spontaneously are almost impossible, most need IVF or donor eggs to fall pregnant. Even a successful conception does not guarantee the woman or the baby are out of danger, a third of women over 40 are at risk of having a miscarriage compared to one in five women under 30".
But according to Woman's Day, Sonia, a former professional ballroom dancer is still open to the idea of having kids.
"I do still want to be a mum and I'm open to it and it could happen," says Sonia. "But it's a hard one because the odds are really against me."

Former Home and Away star Bec Hewitt had a lucky escape after lightning struck their Bahamas home last week, reports Woman's Day.
"Bec Hewitt was forced to flee with her three children when a fire broke out at thier mansion in the beautiful Bahamas last Sunday. Emergency services on the ground report that Bec was lucky to escape unhurt from the terrifying ordeal, when the house was hit by lightning during a freak storm on the tropical island paradise."
