What a difference a day makes! On Monday, Josh Duhamel announced on Twitter that he wouldn't be releasing a pic of son Axl just yet: “Right now we just want him all to ourselves.”
Then on Tuesday, he treated us to this pic on Facebook!
He captioned it: "Axl Jack Duhamel Day 1. Life is good #paparazziyoucanleaveourhousenow"
What a cutie huh?
On the same day, Fergie posted her own picture, captioned: “Axl Jack Duhamel. Day 2 of life. Hearing test complete. All systems go."
Olivia Wilde has revealed she made the first move with fiancé Jason Sudeikis.
"I met Jason, and I thought he was so charming. He's a great dancer and I'm a sucker for great dancers. But he didn't even get my number," she tells the latest issue of Allure.
"Over the next six months we kept running into each other. [One night], my best guy friend walked up to him and said, 'This is Olivia's number. Use it.' That was the beginning," she says.
The rest is history as they plan their wedding. Olivia wants a "funny, silly wedding," she says. "I trust everyone to not leak any information. I just hope no one ends up flying a stupid helicopter over it or anything dumb like that."
Britney Spears is ready for her close-up! The pop star has been building anticipation for months, and this week, we have three big reveals: the release date for her upcoming album (Dec. 3), the first single ("Work B**ch") and the official announcement of her 2-year Vegas residency. And what an announcement it was!
Those who tuned into Good Morning America early this morning watched live as Spears, 31, arrived by helicopter to the Mojave desert, where more than 1,000 fans surprised her by holding up pieces of a gigantic Britney portrait. Watch her reaction below:
"This is such a sweet thing to do!" Spears said while still in the helicopter. "I don't even know what to say. I'm speechless. This is shocking."
Spears has been teasing the Vegas announcement since August, with that mysterious countdown clock on her website. On GMA, the singer confirmed that she had signed a two-year contract for 50 shows at Planet Hollywood. Ticket prices for "Britney: Piece of Me" will range from $59 to $179, and according to TMZ, Spears will be paid $310,000 per show. That's nearly $3,500 per minute for a 90-minute performance. It adds up to almost $15 million a year.
Which brings us to the title of her new single! "Work B**ch" was actually set to debut on Monday, but that plan was foiled when a low-quality version leaked on Sunday. (That kind of thing seems to be happening a lot these days.) Britney expressed her displeasure on Twitter, saying: "Woke up today and saw that a low quality version of Work Bitch had leaked :("
When you think of Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, you probably picture an impeccably dressed couple with perfectly sculpted bodies, surrounded by famous friends. That is, after all, who they are in public. But privately? They're kind of weird. And we love this about them.
In his new cover story for GQ (see: impeccably dressed, above), Theroux opened up about his relationship with Aniston. Like any couple, he says, they had to make compromises when they moved in together. Specifically, they had to compromise on what he calls his "syphilis throats."
"I have these beautiful wax-museum pieces -- handmade, from the 1800s -- from a museum of curiosities. They’re just these open mouths, with tongues, and in the throats are different stages, labeled, of syphilis and gonorrhea and whatever," he told the magazine. "Those definitely found a great place in my office in L.A. They weren’t going to be above the fireplace anytime soon."
So Aniston is not a big fan of STDs being displayed on the mantel. Go figure! That's not Theroux's only decorating quirk, though. GQ describes his New York apartment-turned-office, where he keeps, among other things, a collection of tongue depressors with googly eyes and beards (made by Amy Sedaris) and a candy dish full of human teeth.
"I know a dentist who saves those for me. People often think they're little mints," he says.
Note to self: If you're ever invited to Jennifer Aniston's holiday party, avoid the candy dishes.
Lest you think that Justin is the only quirky one in the relationship, here's how he and Jen decided on their Los Angeles mansion: They picked the one that came with chickens.
"We inherited the chickens from the previous owners," he explains. "They were like, 'Of course we’ll get rid of the chickens,' and we said, 'Are you crazy? Don’t get rid of the chickens. That’s half the reason we wanted this place.'"
Seems like these two are having a lot of fun together, what with the red carpet events and the chicken farming. To which we say, good for her! Jen deserves a man who helps her relax and enjoy life. Plus, Aniston and Theroux's picture is now the first image that pops up when you Google "wax syphilis throat model."
According to reports from E! News, Zac Efron spent some time in a rehabilitation centre earlier this year.
Sources informed the entertainment website that the 25-year-old actor is now "happy, healthy and not drinking" since completing his treatment around five months ago. "He's taking time to focus on working," they added.
A second source told People the Hairspray star is "taking care of himself and it shows."
Zac told reporters, "I'm good, real good" during a red carpet appearance at the Toronto Film Festival last week.
It seems Pink's trademake fiesty attitude has been inherited by her daughter Willow, 2.
“She’s fierce. We need our girls to be fiery,” the singer said at the Los Angeles premiere of Thanks for Sharing, in which she makes her acting debut.
But she's not blaming Willow's rambunctiousness on those notorious 'terrible twos'.
“Oh, I don’t call them terrible. I think she’s tender,” the proud mum says. “She has opinions. And my challenge right now is, ‘Don’t laugh,’ because she gets pissed when I laugh. She means it, and I’m laughing. I’m, like, downplaying her emotions. She’s so cute! ‘Don’t look at me, mama! Don’t talk to me, mama!’ Okay!”
In the latest gem from comedy youTube channel Funny or Die, Samuel L. Jackson is screamed at by parents for encouraging bad behavior by their children through his movie roles.
Apparently kids are engaging in dangerous behaviours, from backtalking their school superiors, to smoking, to spontaneously developing peanut allergies and it’s all Samuel’s fault.
In the video, the actor is about to enjoy lunch when a concerned parent berates him for influencing her daughter to spout a suggestive line from Shaft to her principal and subsequently get suspended. He replies: “Whoa, whoa, I was just acting in a movie.” She tells him “F— you, Samuel L. Jackson” while tossing away his hamburger bun.

Meet Clint Eastwood's 27-year-old son, Scott. Did you do a double take? Yeah, us too.
Scott, the son of the Hollywood legend and Jacelyn Reeves, has starred in a photoshoot for Town & Country magazine, channelling his dad in his 'Dirty Harry' days. He's got Clint's trademark squint and furrowed brow down to a fine art.
Scott doesn't only resemble his dad in looks - he's also inherited the acting bug. The California native is currently filming 'Fury' with Brad Pitt, and will next appear in surfing film 'The Perfect Wave'. He's also shared the screen with his famous father in the films 'Flags of our Fathers', 'Gran Torino' and 'Trouble With The Curve' - but he insists nepotism isn't at play.
"People assumed that I would have everything handed to me, but that couldn't be further from the truth," he said, adding that he'd held a number of odd jobs including bartending, construction work and valeting cars. "I was on my own just doing the grind."
But papa Clint did pass down some words of wisdom. "As a director and an actor, my dad's motto is 'Tell the truth.' The only way of doing that is having life experiences and being a storyteller," Scott says. Wise words indeed.

In yet another act of adorableness, Hugh Jackman has Instagrammed a pic of his beloved dog Dali with the caption: "The real star in our family!!"
Could he be suggesting the family pet, a French bulldog, is the face of Bideawee, a pet welfare organisation in New York? Or is Dali just a dead ringer for the dog on the billboard behind him?
Either way, Hugh seems a pretty proud pet owner.
Yoko Ono, 80, has posted a poignant message about her late-husband John Lennon (pictured above with her on their wedding day) on Twitter, one that reminds us all to appreciate our partners: "John used to say "I love you" every day. I didn't understand then, how lucky I was."
Yesterday, Yoko also told The Huffington Post what the Beatle would have thought about Twitter: "I think John would have loved it. He would have used all of social media and convincingly, because he was a communicator."
She's always been controversial, but Madonna may have gone too far this time.
Yesterday, just 24 hours after a gunman opened fire and killed 12 people at a Navy Yard in Washington DC, the pop star released a promotional photo which depicts her holding a gun.
The image, a promotion for an upcoming short film she co-directed, features Madonna in a black leotard and fishnet tights, pointing a gun at bodies lying on the ground. According to the press release accompanying the image, the film aims to 'further freedom of expression and protest persecution'.
"My goal is to show by the example of secretprojectrevolution my creative commitment to inspire change in the world through artistic expression. I hope my film and other submissions to Art For Freedom will be a call-to-action and give people a place to voice their own creative expression to help fight oppression, intolerance and complacency," Madonna adds.
Watch the trailer below:
In other Madonna news, the singer participated in an 'Ask Me Anything' session on website Reddit - a section where users can submit questions for high-profile figures who participate. Madonna received over 12,000 questions which covered the gamut of topics, and she left answers for the ones she found most interesting.
So what did we learn? Madonna revealed she would love to collaborate with Daft Punk and that there "might be" a new album in the works for 2014. Her most embarrassing moment was "When i went out on stage and said hello to the wrong city" thanks to sleep deprivation; she keeps her awards in her "award closet"; and she recently had a dream about Brad Pitt: "Brad Pitt and I were living together and there was a small blonde child in the bed. Sorry Angelina, it was only a dream."
She divorced her husband of 20 years, James Keach, in April, so Jane Seymour decided it was time for a makeoever. But instead of going the traditional Hollywood route of plastic surgery, she went to the hairdresser instead.
"I cut bangs," she told Us Weekly. "I went [makes cutting noise] right across. It's been a few months now," Seymour explained of the haircut. "But it changed my life -- cut bangs, cut my hair a little bit shorter. I had side bangs forever. [Now] I have full bangs.
"Since I'm not a Botox babe, you know, bangs work."
