At the L.A. premiere of The Amazing Spider-Man, Chanel celebrity makeup artist Rachel Goodwin created a soft, sophisticated look for Revlon Global Brand Ambassador Emma Stone. "It was important that it feel playful and easy and didn't overpower her, like makeup she might have done on herself but a little more refined."

Celebrity makeup artist Melanie Inglessis, created a sultry look that played up Lea Michele's natural glow.

Skin: Prep with a melt-resistant base like Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation, which Inglessis used on Michele. Skipping powder entirely will lend skin a dewy texture. Add dimension to cheeks with a cream blush, a more blendable option that creates a diffused effect.

Eyes: For a softer summer take on the smoky eye, Inglessis lined the actress’ top and bottom lids with Avon Eye Brightening Pencil in Plumberry and pressed Illamasqua Liquid Metal eye shadow in metallic-copper Enrapture on below the crease of each lid. “The look I created for Jennifer was inspired by the '60s. I wanted a gorgeous hairstyle that defined the refined sophistication of that time,” said stylist Lorenzo Martin of Jennifer Lopez’s chignon. He used L’Oréal Paris products to create the Faye Dunaway-style updo.

It was 100% old Hollywood glamour for Penelope Cruz, whose ‘50s-style finger waves came courtesy of celebrity stylist Andy Lecompte and his arsenal of Wella Professionals products.

At the Palm Springs Film Festival all eyes were on My Week With Marilyn star Michelle Williams and her strawberry-blonde hair color. To show off the hue to best effect, Sebastian stylist Thomas Dunkin used products from the brand that ensured her pixie cut was shiny, soft and touchable.
