Juggling a busy life when you have kids, a house, a job and a family to take care of can often mean that our health takes a back seat.
This seems especially so when all around us there are fast food options, unhealthy food advertising and junk foods messages everywhere we turn tempting us to eat them. It just seems easier to grab a cookie instead of make something healthy – and we are all probably guilty of doing this at some point.
Then there is the lack of time to exercise - who has the time to get up each day and go to the gym for an hour - or the inclination – especially when you have children.
So if we are busy and time poor how do we fit 'healthy' into our lives? We believe that rather than trying to make big changes in your lifestyle - which are often hard to maintain - the best thing to do is to make small changes to your every day life and over time these will all add up and before you know it you will be feeling healthier and happier.
