Throw away the junk food and replace it with healthy food and snacks as if you have junk in your cupboards you will end up eating it.
Carry nuts and fruit in your back for a healthy snack on the go.
In your evening meal always include three types of vegetables on your plate.
Carry a bottle of water around with you so you keep hydrated during the day
Swap white breads/pasta/rice for wholegrain and brown versions
Try and fit more incidental exercise into your life - take the stairs not the lift, walk rather than take the bus, do squats when making a cup of tea
Swap regular tea for green tea (use decaffeinated green tea to cut your caffeine down)
Swap to dark chocolate rather than milk chocolate
Try more vegetarian dishes for your nightly dinner
Make sure you are eating enough protein and have some protein at each meal and snack time
